Is this a co-ed league or separate men’s and women’s divisions?

We offer both Men’s and Women’s divisions.

Do I need previous football experience to play?

No experience is required. Our adult flag football league is designed for all skill levels, including first-time players.

How do I register?

Can I join as a free agent?

Yes, free agents may register individually. We will place you on a team placed on availability.

How many players are allowed on a team?

Team rosters typically include 10-15 players

What days and times are games played?

Games are played on Sundays

What is the cost to participate?

$250 Commitment fee (paid by head coaches)

$65 per player

What equipment is required?

Players must wear:

• Athletic clothing (no pockets)
• Cleats or turf shoes
• Mouthguards (recommended)
• Flags

Are uniforms provided?

Teams may be required to wear matching jerseys or shirts. Additional uniform details will be shared with registered teams.

How long is the season?

The season runs 8 weeks, including regular season games and playoffs

Are referees provided?

Yes, certified officials are provided for all league games.

What is your refund policy?

Refund policies are outlined during registration. Once the season begins, refunds are typically not issued.
